For over 34 years we have represented principles that cover the entire process range from the beginning to the end of water treatment and wastewater treatment plants. We represent leading industry manufacturers for multiple treatment processes and are located in Atlanta, GA with a company territory of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida panhandle.

Bob Sender

Principle Environmental

Co-President

Southern Georgia, Southern Alabama & Florida Panhandle

Bob Sender is a Co-President of Principle Environmental, a manufacturers’ representative firm serving Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle in the municipal drinking water and wastewater markets.
Bob has been with Principle Environmental for over 20 years, serving first as a sales engineer and later as an owner, with a relationship-driven approach focused on long-term customer and manufacturer partnerships.
Prior to Principle, he spent 25 years in the municipal centrifuge industry in roles ranging from process engineer to Vice President of Sales, including positions with Sharples, Alfa Laval, Humboldt, Bird, and Andritz.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania and has been based primarily in the Atlanta area since 1985.
Bob’s primary sales responsibility covers Southern Alabama, Southern Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle, where he remains deeply engaged with customers while providing leadership across the organization.

John Harward

Middle and Eastern Tennessee

John Harward is a Co-President of Principle Environmental, a manufacturers’ representative firm serving Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle in the municipal drinking water and wastewater markets.
John has worked in the municipal water and wastewater market for more than 40 years with 18 in the state of Florida where he served one year as president of the Florida Water Environment Association and the last 20 years working for Principle Environmental covering Tennessee and northwest Georgia.
John has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
He and his wife Carla live in Walker County, Georgia just south of Chattanooga where she is CEO of Helping Hands Ending Hunger a non-profit organization for food insecurity in Georgia and surrounding states.

Luke Lanier

Principle Environmental

Sales Engineer

Northern Alabama and Western Tennessee

Luke Lanier sells municipal water and wastewater treatment solutions across North Alabama and West Tennessee for Principle Environmental.
Since 2020, he has supported treatment facilities through manufacturer representation, customer relationships, and infrastructure process solutions.
Previously, Luke managed municipal infrastructure projects involving pipes, fittings, PVC systems, valves, construction, and rehabilitation efforts.
He also served customers through Guthrie Sales, Kennedy Valve, engineering collaborations, and regional wastewater equipment sales leadership.
Luke earned industrial distribution and building science education, building over a decade of Southeastern industry experience.

Andrew Synhorst

Principle Environmental

Sales Engineer

Central and Northern Georgia

Andrew Synhorst is a Sales Engineer supporting municipal drinking water and wastewater treatment customers across the Southeast.
Based near Atlanta, he collaborates with municipalities, engineers, contractors, and operators on treatment plant applications and infrastructure solutions.
Before Principle Environmental, Andrew managed treatment equipment sales and customer support for Vulcan Industries within the water industry.
Earlier, he spent eight years engineering municipal wastewater projects, including the Neola, Iowa Waste Treatment Facility project.
Andrew holds engineering, business, and physics degrees, plus Professional Engineer licenses in Iowa and Nebraska.

Roger West

Principle Environmental

Aftermarket Sales & Service

Roger West Jr. supports aftermarket municipal water and wastewater treatment customers across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.
Based near Atlanta, he builds long-term partnerships through responsive aftermarket support for municipalities, engineers, contractors, and treatment facilities.
Before Principle Environmental, Roger specialized in process applications, data analysis, and industrial water treatment customer support.
He also supported electrical systems, PLC operations, reliability initiatives, and technical engineering applications within industrial manufacturing environments.
Roger studied at North Carolina State and Clemson, supporting Southeastern customers with strong technical knowledge and relationship-focused service.

Mary Watson

Principle Environmental

Contracts / Sales Coordinator

Mary Watson is a Contracts/Sales Coordinator supporting Southeast municipal drinking water and wastewater markets.
Based in Atlanta, she assists in sales operations, contract administration, customer service, and project execution.
She coordinates sales and contract processes between customers, manufacturers, and the Principle Environmental team.
She helps maintain responsive operations and strong, long-term manufacturer-customer partnerships throughout the region.
An alumna of Saint Leo University, she brings a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach to her work.

Yasmine Ceran

Principle Environmental

Inside Sales / Projects Coordinator

Yasmin Ceran is an Inside Sales, Projects Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant for municipal water and wastewater markets.
Based in Smyrna, Georgia, she handles sales, project, and administrative communication between customers and manufacturers.
She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations and customer service.
Yasmin holds an associate degree in Marketing and Marketing Management from New York City College of Technology.
Her project management and data analytics training supports successful outcomes across Principle Environmental’s territory.
